The Muckenthaler Mansion

We are passionate about supporting local businesses; especially ones who, like us, call Fullerton home. That’s why we are thrilled to share with you one of our favorite neighbors The Muck (also know as Muckenthaler Mansion or The Muckenthaler Cultural Center). The 18-room mansion was built on 8.5 acres atop a sprawling hill in Fullerton by Walter and Adella Muckenthaler in 1924.  It was later donated to the city in 1965. The Muck has so much to offer. It boasts of old-world charm and glamour, original Italian iron staircase, bachelder tiled fireplaces, pristine palm courts and sweeping lawns. It makes for an amazingly versatile wedding venue, accommodating events with up to 400 guests. The Muck is truly one of Fullerton’s hidden treasures…

If you are looking to have you wedding at The Muck, here are a few additional features that might seal the deal for you:

  • Bridal Suite – with its own private entrance and bath
  • Grooms Lounge – located in the lower gallery, just steps from the ceremony courtyard
  • Twinkle lights, umbrellas, and tents available
  • Space – Center Circle Courtyard, Adela and Northwest Lawns for larger parties, and the Palm Court for daytime events
  • Catering – All events at Muckenthaler Mansion utilize Colette’s Catering, offering full bar service, complete dinner packages, customized menu’s, and magnificent cakes.
